Just this week, Three videos of Taylor swift performing at a mini-concert held at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles, California back in September. Taylor performed ‘Out of the Woods,’Wildest Dreams,’ and ‘Blank Space.’

The stripped down, acoustic versions of these songs were a throwback to Taylor’s singer-songwriter days and we loved every second of it.

Christina Aguilera Sings John Lennon, Courtney Love Covers Radiohead’s ‘Creep’ at Linda Perry’s ‘Freeheld’ Party

2fd55fbf00000578-3386588-image-m-16_1452070888776On Tuesday (Jan. 5), Hollywood big shots flocked to a star-studded party hosted by Linda Perry in honor of the film Freeheld. Perry wrote a song for the movie, called “Hands of Love,” and it is vying for an Oscar nomination in the best original song category.

Perry brought several performer friends to the stage including Ian Astbury of The Cult, who sang David Bowie’s “Moonlight Daydream” and The Doors’ “Break On Through” in quick succession; Juliette Lewis, who delivered a fierce cover of AC/DC’s “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap;” and Love wowed with a version of Radiohead’s “Creep.”

Taylor Swift And Lisa Kudrow Sang ‘Smelly Cat’ Onstage And All is Right in the World

For her fifth show at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Wednesday, Swift and Kudrow sang a simple, but beloved song of a smelly cat.

Taylor introduced the song, “This singer, she’s only ever played in coffee houses before. She’s never played in a big venue like this so please make her feel welcome. Her name is Phoebe Buffay.”

Grateful Dead band members Bob Weir, Mickey Hart, and Bill Kreutzmann have teamed with John Mayer, Allman Brothers’ Oteil Burbridge and Ratdog keyboardist Jeff Chimenti to form Dead & Company. The supergroup/reunion has now revealed a full fall and winter tour schedule.

During her Saturday night show at the Staples Center in Los Angeles,Taylor sat down for an acoustic performance of her song “White Horse,” with Uzo Aduba. The “Orange is the New Black” actress joined Swift on stage once before in July, along with a #squad of supermodels.

At Kelly Clarkson’s concert Wednesday night, she surprised her fans with a cover song in honor of Demi Lovato’s 23rd birthday.

Teasing the song, Clarkson said, “It’s one of my girl’s birthdays tomorrow. And when I say my girl, I mean Demi Lovato. It’s Demi’s birthday tomorrow and she’s always been so supportive and so cool. To see a kid that used to go to my shows have this huge, lustrous career — she’s just killin’ it. I thought I would, for her birthday, sing her new single Cool For The Summer.”

Shawn Mendes and Jacquie Lee Beautifully Cover Ed Sheeran’s ‘Give Me Love’

Sixteen year-old vine singer-turned-mainstream artist Shawn Mendes is no stranger to covering Ed Sheeran. Earlier this month, Mendes told Rolling Stone that he wants to be the next Sheeran. “His whole style is not fake at all. That’s how I want to be.”

During a sold-out concert in San Francisco on Friday, Mendes and The Voice’s Jacquie Lee covered Sheeran’s “Give Me Love.”

Soon, Mendes will now appear on select dates for Taylor Swift‘s 1989 World Tour.

Demi Lovato Dedicates ‘Warrior’ to Bruce Jenner in Concert

Singer Demi Lovato is one of several celebrities to support Olympic legend Bruce Jenner.

Lovato dedicated her performance of “Warrior” to Jenner at her concert at the Vector Arena in Auckland, New Zealand over the weekend.

“What’s incredible is that an American hero, an Olympian… to be honest, I didn’t know who he was until Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” she said, echoing many younger Americans.  “And let’s be honest, neither did you.”

“But I just want to, like, dedicate this song, and it’s so cheesy that I’m even doing this, but f*** it, whatever, to someone who became an even bigger hero last night… he probably saved so many lives and educated so many people.”
