Meghan Trainor Releases New and Approved Cut of ‘Me Too’ Video

Yesterday (May 9) Meghan Trainor originally released the video for her latest single ‘Me Too.’  Trainor took the video down after just a few hours because she believed the video was heavily photoshopped. Her waist, which she claimed “is not that teeny,” had been trimmed down throughout the video.

On Snapchat, Trainor let her fans know that she wasn’t going to put up with that kind of treatment and said the people behind the video were going to make things right.

Today, Trainor and her team worked quickly to re-release the video today.

Trainor and this song are all about confidence. It is nice to see that she is holding those around her to a higher standard.

Sixteen years after ‘N Sync dolls came to life in the video for “It’s Gonna Be Me,” Fall Out Boy explore what happens to the dollar bin toys in the video for the single “Irresistible” featuring Demi Lovato. ‘N Sync’s Chris Kirkpatrick and Joey Fatone make cameos in the clip.

‘What if in the NSYNC video for It’s Gonna Be Me there was an analog to the story?,’ explains the video’s caption. ‘Where in the same store there was a dollar bin full of toys that no one really wanted that would band together like the misfit, offbrand little outsiders they were.  ‘Irresistible is the video for that story, it’s about the toys no one ever wanted come to life.’

Interspersed between the music video’s storyline, Demi rocks out to the track alongside Fall Out Boy members Patrick Stump, 31, Pete Wentz, Andy Hurley,  and Joe Trohman.

Watch JoJo’s “Say Love” Music Video

JoJo has a new video for her second single from her tringle, a huge power ballad called “Say Love.”

JoJo  told BuzzFeed about the music video:

“For the second visual off the tringle, I wanted something to contrast our stylized warehouse from “When Love Hurts.” This song called for something open and intimate, while focusing on the tension of being with someone but not fully being on the same page. Calling out for more. The backdrop of sprawling field and tall trees reminded me of autumn in New England, my favorite time and place. I had so much fun making this video and I hope you love it like I do.”
